Our Intake Representative will work in our fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and is responsible for 70+ inbound/outbound calls a day from and to potential customers. Provide caring and friendly service to all potential customers contacting us for service via telephone in a high volume call center environment. Perform a thorough qualifying process with each potential customer which includes insurance verification, gathering physician information, and determining the right products for each qualified customer.
