Architect – Project Manager, Retail, Hospitality, AutoCAD - Rogers, AR - JOB 16-02803Salary Range: $60K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits. The Architectural Project Manager must be capable of handling multiple projects from start through completion as well as overseeing design and production work. This position will require 25% travel and excellent communication skills.REQUIREMENTSB.S. in Architecture from an accredited college. Must be a registered Architect 7 – 15 years' experience with some of the following types of projects; Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Retirement Homes & Service (Gas) Stations and others. This person will direct the multiple projects simultaneously as well as overseeing the design, production work, schedules and budgets. Candidates must be proficient with AutoCAD & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Revit, SketchUp & PhotoShop are desired.
