19' JLG 1932E-1 Electric Scissor Manlift Aerial Lift Man Work Platform For sale is a used 19' JLG 1932E-1 Electric Scissor Manlift Aerial Lift Man Work Platform. This item is in fair to a bit rougher cosmetic condition with quite a few scuffs, scratches, light dents and a decent bit of surface rust. The tires are fairly worn also. No damage that should affect usability. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This manlift does not include batteries. We borrowed a set to test it out. We found that the manlift does seem to work properly as it should. It raises up as you can see in the photos and steers and moves as it should. The charger does work, but we could not read the display on it. The latch is missing on the battery compartment to keep it closed. Also, the power steering hose leaks some. Will need the batteries replaced prior to being used.
