Facilities Manager - (Chicago, IL)

Overview A Chicago-based media company is looking to fill a full time Facilities/Office Manager position, reporting to the Broadcasting CFO. The Facilities/Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating facility/office activities to assure operational effectiveness and efficiency. Coordinates project assignments, controls the activities of service providers engaged in maintenance, security, cleaning, as well as be the main interface for the company with landlord, lease administration, and be primary interface with all Tenant business units for their needs. Must have a customer-1st approach to the work, be able to interface comfortably with staff at all organizational levels and maintain an overall pleasant environment.
