Adopt Otis a Black - with Brown, Red, Golden, Orange or Chestnut Beagle / - N.A. - (Midlothian, VA)

Otis is 1.5yrs old and came to us as a foster along with 2 siblings when he was a puppy. Although we did not intend to keep him, we did not find a home for him as quickly as the other 2 pups and he became attached to our other dogs (and we of course became attached to him). We would love to keep Otis but we recently became aware of zoning regulations in our county that prohibit more than three dogs per household. The county is allotting us this window of time to try to find a new home for him. However, our time is not infinite and we are trying our best to avoid Otis becoming impounded and ending up in a cage unnecessarily. A little about Otis: he is a friendly, energetic dog that gets along well with other dogs and children (he has been around three for the past year). His biggest issue is barking. Not aggressive barking but he just loves to bark at the mailman, birds, etc. He would thrive in an environment where he can roam, play, and explore.
