This diminutive celluloid flag in a tin frame came as a premium in Sweet Caporal Cigarettes. The premium is from 1898 - 1900 and commemorates the Spanish American War. The "legs" of the easel frame swing out to allow the frame to stand up freely. The premium is in excellent condition, showing very minor wear typical of its age. The colors on the flag are bright and vivid. The pin measures 3/4" in width and 1" in height. The back reads "PAT APPD FOR CBW. SWEET CAPORAL CIGARETTES." Thanks for looking.
