Facilities Maintenance Area Supervisor - (Sterling Heights, MI)

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the building and facilities related PM maintenance, project upgrades, additions, new model and non-new model requirements from concept through execution. The Supervisor will coordinate daily requirements and activities per World Class Manufacturing (WCM). The Supervisor will also coordinate the skilled trades work force to meet daily objectives. Basic requirements: * Bachelors degree and or skilled trade technical discipline required * Background leading skilled trades work groups * Expertise to work any shift and overtime as required * Must possess a current understanding of advanced technical issue solving tools Preferred Requirements: * Bachelor degree in technical field * Previous manufacturing and or skilled trades supervisory background * Demonstrated expertise to coach/mentor/develop teammates * Previous background working in a union environment * Stamping manufacturing facility background * Background with WCM methodologies * Understand and can
