Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - (Warren, MI)

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the building and facilities related PM maintenance, project upgrades, additions, new model and non-new model requirements from concept through execution. The Supervisor will coordinate daily requirements and activities per World Class Manufacturing (WCM). The Supervisor will also coordinate the skilled trades work force to meet daily objectives. Necessary experience: * Bachelor degree or manufacturing and or skilled trades supervisory background * Demonstrated expertise to coach/mentor/develop teammates * Background working in a union environment Preferred Requirements: * Stamping manufacturing facility background * Background with WCM methodologies or lean manufacturing applications * PLC troubleshooting experienceSDL2017
