The University of Minnesota-Morris is 1 of four campuses within the University of Minnesota, a 4 year liberal arts college. Food operations at this location include resident dining, retail dining, a C-store and catering. This campus has a very high emphasis on sustainability, local sourcing and renewable energy sources. As such, part of the campus mission is *Educating for a sustainable future*. The Food Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the employees in the resident dining facility and retail operation. Reporting to the GM, position will oversee up to 55 union associates. Successful applicant needs to have a strong focus and passion for customer service.
