The book is not complete, the page numbers skip and the chapters seem to be samples only of the text in the actual book. The book is not complete, the page numbers skip and the chapters seem to be samples only of the text in the actual book. There were apparently originally a few pages of order forms at the back. Most have been removed from the book, with the remaining page completed. There are also two different bindings demonstrated at the front (see photos). Binding options included silk cloth with extra gold stamping, half Morocco with marbled edges or Full Morocco with rich gilt edges.
