Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. What does an Appointment Coordinator do? The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of customer service duties as it relates to scheduling the maintenance and servicing of vehicles. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will: Interact with clients on the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and answer questions. Log client info and purify database.
