This is a rare souvenir program from the September 13th, 1980 Grand Charity Preview Performance of the West End revival of the groundbreaking RICHARD RODGERS and OSCAR HAMMERSTEIN II musical comedy "OKLAHOMA!" at the Palace Theatre in London. (The revival would officially open September 17th, 1980 and run for just over one year, closing September 19th, 1981.) ..... The musical starred JOHN DIEDRICH as "Curly", ROSAMUND SHELLEY as "Laurey", MADGE RYAN as "Aunt Eller", ALFRED MOLINA as "Jud Fry", LINAL HAFT as "Ali Hakim", MARK WHITE as "Will Parker", JILLIAN MACK as "Ado Annie" and ROBERT BRIDGES as "Andrew Carnes". Among the ensemble was twenty year-old MARIA FRIEDMAN (making her stage debut) in the role of "Doris" .....
