•The condo is located in Lancaster, TN overlooking Center Hill Lake about 50 miles east of the Nashville airport.

•Wide floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1886 square feet.

•Condos are set on a high bluff overlooking the lake. I believe there are 10 buildings total, each with 6 condos--3 floors with 2 condos per floor. Country singer George Jones has a condo here as well (though I have not personally run into him).

•Our place is on the second floor of three floors in Unit I3 (elevator available in each building).

•The place is fully furnished and has granite counters and stainless steel in the kitchen. The building itself is block all the way up.

•It is a gated condo community with a hot tub, pool, and covered grill area for the residents.

•The marina is just down the hill (5 minute walk) and you can keep a boat there or rent one.
